FAQs
The Luxe Convergence takes place 14–16 April 2026. The programme begins at 9:30am on 15 and 16 April, with welcome cocktails on 14 April from 7:30–9:30pm.

Day-of registration is available, though we recommend booking in advance to avoid queues. Payment is accepted by credit card only.
A Delegate Pass grants full access to all content and networking sessions, as well as refreshments throughout the event.
Badges are required for identification and must be worn at all times. Sharing badges is not permitted and may result in removal from the event.
Directional signage will guide you throughout the venue, with the main stage and breakout rooms clearly marked.
We are unable to issue letters of invitation for visa purposes. Your registration confirmation should support your application.
